Is aiprompts.page free?
Yes. Browsing, copying, saving, liking and submitting prompts are free. Only running prompts here in PromptAI uses credits.
Do I need PromptAI to use a prompt?
No. Copy any prompt and paste it into ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney or whichever tool you use. PromptAI is for when you'd rather get the result here, with your own photo, without switching apps.
Can I use the prompts and results commercially?
You can use the prompts in personal and commercial work. For results made with another AI tool, that tool's own terms apply. See the Terms.
Why did a reply cost more than 1 credit?
Replies are charged by length, and images cost extra depending on the quality you picked. Long files and long chats mean more text for the AI to read. See How credits work.
What's the difference between Low, Medium and High image quality?
Pick the quality under the message box before you send. It only matters when the reply creates an image:
- Low: 2 credits per image, for quick drafts and ideas.
- Medium (default): 15 credits per image, for most photo edits and portraits.
- High: 40 credits per image, for keeping a face as close as possible to your photo.
Why didn't PromptAI create an image?
It decides from your message whether an image is needed, so ask for one clearly ("create an image of…"). It also can't create one if your balance doesn't cover the image at the quality you picked; choose a lower quality or buy credits.
Can PromptAI make videos?
Not yet. Video prompts on the site are for tools like Veo, Kling or Runway: copy them and use them there.
Are my photos and chats private?
Yes. Chats and files are saved to your account and only you can open them. Files are sent to our AI provider only to produce your reply. Deleting a chat deletes its files. See the Privacy Policy.
A reply failed. Was I charged?
No. Failed replies return their credits automatically, and a reply that never finishes is refunded after 10 minutes. If something still looks wrong, email us.
I paid but don't see my credits.
Credits usually appear within seconds, once the payment is verified. Reload the Plans page. If they still haven't arrived after a few minutes, email us with your payment ID.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits roll over with no expiry date.
How do I cancel my monthly plan?
On Plans, press Cancel future renewals. It stays active until the end of the month you've paid for. See Plans, payments & refunds.
I signed up with Google. How do I log in?
Use Continue with Google on the log-in page. Your account doesn't have a password unless you set one with Forgot your password?.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete account. See Your account for what gets deleted.
How do I report a prompt?
Use Report under the prompt and pick a reason. Moderators review every report.
