How credits work
Credits pay for PromptAI replies and images. Copying prompts never costs anything.
Your balance
When you're signed in, your balance is shown in the top bar next to the coin. Tap it to buy more. A new account starts with 0 credits; get some from Plans.
What a reply costs
Each reply is charged for what it actually used, rounded up:

A token is a small piece of text, roughly three quarters of a word. Photos and PDF pages count as text the AI reads.

Actual costs depend on the length of your messages and files. Each reply in a chat shows what it used.
Credits set aside while a reply runs
When you press send, PromptAI sets aside the most the reply could cost. When it finishes, you pay only what it used and the rest returns to your balance straight away. So you need a little more than the final cost to start: usually 2 to 3 credits for a text reply, plus the image price if you want an image.
Refunds for failed replies
- If a reply fails, everything set aside for it is returned. You pay nothing.
- If a reply never finishes, its credits are returned automatically after 10 minutes.

Do credits expire?
No. Credits from packs and from the monthly plan never expire and roll over. If you have both, they simply add up in one balance.
Negative balance
If a payment is refunded or disputed, the credits it added are removed. If some were already spent, your balance can go below zero, and you'll need to top up before using PromptAI again.Still stuck? Email aakash4dev.me@gmail.com.
